Coiling the MagSafe adapter cable safely
For all MacBook Pro or Air owners, here’s a handy transportation tip!
Once you're done working on your MacBook, you put it back in your bag. After this, most people carelessly roll up the power cord from the power adapter or stuff it into the bag.
If you want your adapter to last longer, it is very important to carefully and correctly roll up the power cable. In this case, we are talking about the thin cord (the one that runs from the power adapter to your MacBook). It's important that this cord has enough slack and is not rolled up too tightly! If you do roll it up tightly, the cable may easily crack and break due to cooling!
Check out these photos for the correct rolling method, which will extend the life of your adapter!
