We provide a standard 3-year warranty on all our refurbished (second-hand) Apple products. This is more than on a
new Apple! It is also possible to extend your warranty on selected products. Your product is then additionally

LCD panel. The battery capacity is at least 80% upon delivery and, with normal use, still at least
70% after 2 years.

Packaging costs incurred by you, software installation costs,
data recovery costs, data loss, water damage, drop damage, and any other form of self-inflicted
damage.
Additional assurance
Should a refurbished device not function properly within the warranty period, we will provide a suitable
solution. The device will be repaired free of charge or, if available, exchanged for a comparable
unit. If this is not possible, you can request a refund upon returning the defective device,
depending on the purchase date/period you used the device.
